HOW DOES IT WORK? Simple. Book your own service online (One Time or Monthly) and We will have a Bin Sitter Take care of the rest - to the curb and Back again after collection.
DO YOU TAKE REGULAR GARBAGE BAGS TO THE CURB? Unfortunately all bags need to be placed in a Bin or Container for our Bin Sitters to take them to curb. In some circumstances our Bin Sitters will take additional bags that are Tagged (if required) with the containers but you run the risk of damage by pests as they are often taken to curb the evening before pickup.
WHAT IF I ONLY NEED THE BINS TO BE TAKEN BACK IN AFTER COLLECTION? The Fee for Bin Sitter service does not change if the bins are only required to be brought back in after collection. CAN I CANCEL MY SERVICE? Yes. You may cancel your service at any time. Cancellation is outlined in our "Terms and Conditions" . This link is at the bottom of our pages.
CAN I ORDER BIN SITTERS SERVICE FOR DIFFERENT PROPERTIES? Absolutely. You will have to order each service for each property separately. You cannot split up a Monthly Subscription between different properties.
CAN I PAY FOR BIN SITTING FOR SOMEONE ELSE (PARENTS, FRIEND, RELATIVE ETC) ? Yes. You can order a Service for them online at THEIR PROPERTY and submit your payment.
HOW MUCH NOTICE DO YOU NEED FOR ME TO BOOK A SERVICE? Ideally we prefer new Bin Sitter Services to be booked up to 7 days before it begins. A minimum of 3 days is required.
WHEN DO THE BIN SITTERS PLACE MY BINS AT CURB FOR COLLECTION or WHAT TIME DO I NEED MY BINS TO BE READY? We ask that all bins be ready to be placed at curb by 6pm the day before collection day. Our Bin Sitters may place the bins at curb after 6pm the day before collection OR before 7 am the day of collection depending on Local Collection requirements.
CAN YOU SERVICE MORE THAN 6 BINS A WEEK TO PLACE AT CURBSIDE PER LOCATION? Yes. We can offer customised packages for higher volumes in a location. Please email your inquiry to info@binsitterscanada.ca OR fill out a contact form on our "Contact Us" page.
